Visit Dwarkadhish Temple In Dwarka
When you visit Dwarka, this temple is one of the most important places to see. Dwarkadhish Temple is also called Jagat Mandir. The present structure has five floors and 72 pillars. Most of the building we see today was made in the 16th century. But people believe this temple has been holy for more than 2,500 years.
A special thing here is the temple flag. A 52-yard silk flag is changed five times every day. It is changed three times in the morning and two times in the evening. Each yard is said to represent parts of the old Yadav kingdom.
There are two main gates. People enter from the north gate called Moksha Dwar. After darshan, they leave from the south gate called Swarga Dwar, which goes toward the river.
Temple timings are usually 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Morning time is better because there are fewer people. This is one of the most visited Temples in Dwarka, so it is often crowded

Take A Holy Dip At Gomti Ghat
Gomti Ghat is an important place in Dwarka. The Gomti River is considered very holy. It is also called the Ganga of Dwarka. As written in the Skanda Purana, this river is linked with the Ganges.
The ghat is where the Gomti River meets the Arabian Sea. This point is called Chakra Tirtha. There are 56 steps that connect the Swarga Dwar of the temple to the river.
Many people take a bath here before going for darshan at the temples in Dwarka. It is believed this makes them feel clean and ready for prayer. Morning time is best because it is calm and less crowded.

Explore Bet Dwarka
Bet Dwarka is about 30 km from Dwarka city. It is believed to be the home of Lord Krishna. This makes it a very important place for visitors.
Earlier, people reached here only by ferry from Okha. Now the Sudarshan Setu bridge makes travel easier.
This place is also important for history. The National Institute of Oceanography has found old remains under the sea. These include walls and anchors from around 1500–1400 BC.
A simple tradition is followed here. Devotees offer rice as a part of prayer. This is linked to the story of Sudama and Krishna. Many people visiting temples in Dwarka also come here. It is peaceful and easy to explore with family.

Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple is between Dwarka and Okha. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. This makes it very important among the temples in Dwarka.
The Shiva idol here faces south, which is not common. The water outlet faces east.
Outside the temple, there is a very tall statue of Lord Shiva. It is about 80 feet high and can be seen from far.
The temple is mentioned in the Shiva Purana as Nagesh Darukavane. Today, it is a calm place where people come for prayer and darshan. It is a good stop for visitors traveling around Dwarka and nearby areas.
